1. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to overseas territories.

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days.

3. Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase required.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • shipment confirmation
  • a tracking number (when available)
  • a tracking link to follow your delivery

5. What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund, without needing to provide a reason.

6. What conditions must returns meet?

Returned products must:

  • be unused and in perfect condition
  • be returned in their original packaging
  • include all accessories
  • be securely packaged for transport

Returns that are damaged, incomplete, or show signs of use may be refused.

7. Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except if:

  • the product is defective
  • the product was damaged during delivery
  • the product does not match the original order

In these cases, return shipping costs are fully covered by Comfort Steps.

8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

  • photos of the damaged product
  • photos of the packaging
  • your order number

You will be offered either:

  • a free replacement, or
  • a full refund
